Moona Lisa is the first Kinusaiga kit from Stillpoint Studio, created as an invitation to slow down, work with your hands, and enjoy the simple pleasure of watching little pieces of fabric become something entirely your own.
Kinusaiga is a Japanese-inspired no-sew fabric art technique in which pieces of fabric are gently tucked into grooves in a prepared foam board to create a beautiful, quilt-like piece of art.
No sewing machine. No needle and thread. And no need for perfection.
Just tuck, breathe, create.
INSIDE YOUR KIT
Your Moona Lisa kit includes:
• One 8" × 8" prepared foam board
• Print-ready Moona Lisa Kinusaiga pattern
• A thoughtfully curated collection of coordinating fabrics
• Tucking tool
• Step-by-step instructions
• Stillpoint Reflection card
You will need your own scissors and a hot glue gun/glue to attach the finishing ribbon.
ONE POSSIBILITY
The finished Moona Lisa shown in the photographs is one possibility.
Each kit contains an individually curated fabric collection chosen to work beautifully together, but fabrics may vary from those pictured.
That means your finished Moona Lisa won't necessarily look exactly like mine.
And that's rather the point.
There is no perfect fabric. There is no perfect tuck. There is only the piece that becomes yours.

Moona Lisa is approachable for someone new to Kinusaiga while offering enough variety to make the process interesting and satisfying.

Each kit is prepared in small batches, with fabrics individually selected and assembled by hand. Please allow 4–7 business days for your kit to be thoughtfully prepared before pickup notice or shipping.
