MY CLEAR SKIN VIRTUAL CONSULTATION includes six steps:
-
What are your top 3 skin concerns?
My virtual consultation begins with a comprehensive skin intake form and some "before" pictures that you need to provide. On our video/phone call we will have a Q&A discussion of your specific goals and concerns. This will provide me with insight into your individual skin type, needs, and deficiencies. -
What do we see in your skin?
The discussion of your skin concerns (and what we can see via photos or Skype™) will drive my recommendations for your specific skin type & condition. -
How do you feed your skin?
Your esthetician will provide you with some basic nutritional advice and recommendations as related to your skin condition. In most instances, she will also recommend you to seek a Naturopath to work in tandem with Paty. -
What's in your cabinet?
For an unbiased evaluation of you products you will list on your intake form all of your current skin care products and how you are currently using them, Any products that you choose to no longer use can be donated to women in need. -
What's your sunscreen IQ?
Since sunscreen is the #1 best anti-aging product and should be worn every day, you'll receive answers to frequently asked SPF questions. -
What's your skin care plan moving forward?
Your Esthetician will work with your skin type, provide a treatment plan addressing your skin issues, concerns, and goals, along with product suggestions from the Mila D'Opiz and/or PCA Skin lines to reveal healthy, glowing and beautiful skin for a lifetime.

FAQ'S
-
-
How are diet and nutrition being addressed in My Clear Skin Consultation? Your esthetician will discuss how nutrition and food can affect your skin.
-
What languages are available for My Skin Consultation? My Clear Skin Virtual consultation is offered by a Certified Esthetician in English & Spanish.
-
Should I remove my makeup for my appointment? If you are having a video consultation, it's best not to wear makeup so I can get a better view of your skin. If you are sending me close up pictures of your face, well lit, and also no makeup, freshly washed face will be best.
-
What is your return policy? Full return with receipt of purchase and unopened product within 15 days. After 15 days with receipt of purchase and unopened product only store credit will be given. No refund or credit on opened products. (Due To Covid our return policy is No Returns accepted at this time).
-
How many of my own personal skin products should I list on my intake form for my appointment for you to analyze? For the 'What's in your cabinet?' portion of your appointment, we will be going over what you are currently using at home on your skin. List the products you use consistently in a one week's time.
-
What can I expect at the conclusion of My Clear Skin Consultation? At the end of your personal consultation, you will receive follow up info with step-by-step routine instructions with tips and suggested Instagram posts reading.
-
What are the requirements to be able to have a video consultation? Valid email address that you check often. This will be used for your appointment confirmation and all communications. Computer, tablet or cell phone with webcam access (so I can see you!). For Zoom, you will need to have an account, as well as basic knowledge of how to use its video chat feature. A reliable internet connection. And be in a well-lit room during the time of your video consultation.
-
Will you really be able to see my skin over a webcam? Using a webcam in a well-lit room will allow me to see some details of your skin. Also close up pictures of your skin taken in a well lit area can provide great detail on the health of your skin as well, however, it will mainly be the discussion that drives my recommendations.
-
What if I am running late? My scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. Late arrival to your virtual appointment will deprive you of your full appointment time. In fairness to all of my clients, your appointment time must end on time so that my scheduling system is effective. If you are more than 10+ minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a "no-show" and charged $40 for your missed appointment.
-
What is your cancellation policy? In the event you need to cancel your appointment, I do request a 24-hour notice to avoid cancellation fees. I will always do my best to avoid charging for cancellations, but please keep in mind as your virtual service provider during this time I am working by appointment only. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for the appointment unless I am able to fill the appointment.
