Bodywork therapy benefits muscle and joint pain, internal organ function, and mental-emotional health.  Each session is curated to the goals and needs of each client, guided by the intelligence of the client's body.

 

Restore balance in your life! Melt stress away with the most amazing 45 or 60 minutes body & energy work.  Using Reiki, we realign the energetic system and balance the body, mind & spirit. Techniques include hands-on light touch to hands-off distance work along with Swedish technique only to manipulate the skin to relieve tension in the upper and lower body.  For this treatment I use our signature botanical body lotions that are all natural, vegan & gluten free.

 

Your session begins with a 5 min warm foot soak in herbal infused water, to remove any toxins from the skin. From there.... let your mind drift into bliss.
