Important Safety Measures & Guidelines

Please take a moment to review some of my updated safety protocols as well as new guidelines I will request all of my guests to adhere to while in my studio.  Thank you so much for doing your part to help keep your favorite Esthetician and community healthy.  It means the world to me. 

 

At Shoreline Glow I have been committed for the last 13 years to practicing industry-leading health and safety precautions to ensure the safety of my Shoreline Glow guests, their families and my community.

Please note that according to current government guidelines for Orange Phase, the beauty industry is not able to offer any type of facial services at this time. This includes; Facials or facial waxing where a mask would have to be removed.

Our health and safety measures include:

  1. My studio has always been by appointment only and when you come to my studio, it's only you and I, so over crowding is never an issue. 

  2. Providing a touch-less sanitizer dispenser & temperature checking upon entering and to ensure clients use it upon entry & exit.

  3. I will wear a face mask and protective eye wear and all guests must wear a face mask and remove it when indicated.

  4. Providing e-transfer method of payment for fast and expedite cashing out experience, cash will be accepted but will prefer e-transfer for less contact. 

  5. Enhanced cleaning protocols, including regular disinfecting and sanitizing of high touch surfaces and equipment.

  6. As an added measure to offer more peace of mind to my guests, I am also using an advanced filtration technology system. This will include a HyperHEPA filtration of particles of all sizes, plus V5-Cell advanced filtration of gases and odors.

Guests Guidelines:

  • Guests will be required no exceptions, to complete the electronic C-19 Screening form  8hrs before their schedule appointment.  The password to the form will be sent to you the day before your scheduled appointment.  If the answer is no to any of the asked symptoms I will kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment in 14 days.  This form must be completed and it will act as your appointment confirmation.  If not received by me before your appointment, your scheduled time will not be honored and you will be responsible for 100% of the booked service. 

  • All clients will be asked to do curbside check-in and text 519-590-2080 upon arrival. We will inform you at that time if you can enter immediately or continue to wait outside.  As per government guidelines, we are not allowed to have a waiting area in-studio.

  • Guests are required to properly wear masks upon arrival and throughout the duration of their service.  If you are having a facial you will be able to remove your facial mask. 

  • Guests will be required to sanitize their hands upon arrival. 

  • Only the client receiving the service is permitted to enter. Additional guests, including children, will not be permitted. We apologize for the inconvenience. If an elderly requires assistance getting in and out of the pedicure chair an additional person will be allowed, but will have to remain out of the treatment room and must adhere to all of the guest guidelines stated on this page. 

  • Social distancing will be enforced — with the exception of the service provider that a client is scheduled with.

  • You can add my e-transfer information ahead of time, so your cash out experience can be fast and seamless.
